The don't give a rip about Alabama! *Update*

About two weeks ago, I posted about Dale Peterson and his quest to become Alabama's next Agriculture Commissioner. Well folks, it looks like Mr. Peterson will be riding off into the sunset as he has come up short in the GOP Primary. With 61% of the vote in, the wannabe cowboy is in 3rd place (out of three) with 27%. I guess the 'thugs and criminals' kept voters in the dark about his campaign.

In other Alabama news, Democratic Republican Congressman Parker Griffith lost in his new party's primary and deservedly so. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
